Store manager and staff issue

The manager told an associate to stop helping us, looked at myself and my children distasteful, and effectively insulted us. He blew a well over thousand dollar sale, as I was in the process of looking at a rifle, I ultimately purchased elsewhere that day, and various clothing items. Lost our business and that of my coworkers, family, church congregation, and more.

Bought boots for grandson on Black Friday and received the $20 off black friday special. Took boots back to make even exchange...same boot, same price, just needed a size larger. They made me pay the additional $20 that I saved by buying on black friday. Wasted a trip and my time by going on that day. Will never buy another thing from Atwoods.

Nasty store in Sand Springs, Ok #22 trash always in the shopping cart bathrooms have a horrible odor. Used to be a really nice store but not anymore!

In the sale flyer, advertise good deals on Dewalt tools. Could not find item, had a so call manager come over. The store did not have the item, plus he told me they never had the item. Would not tell me if another store had the item, he basically said it was the way it was. I wanted him to order it, so I could get The sales price, he said he couldnt. Very Disappointing in Atwoods.

Employees are not helpful. Cashier just checked me out while watching videos on phone and no communications from her. This lace is a joke as this is t first time in three months of me being in town that Ive had issues with lazy employees lacking knowledgeable employees or management close this store itll save you money. My money is going back to drew farm supply.

Hello, just want to tell you the packaging on your litter is misleading! Say low dust! Its the Worst! Then claims to be clumping, wrong the urine goes to the bottom of the box will not clump! I bought a zero turn mower from Atwoods. First of all after I paid for it. The mower would not start. They did not have a book or the hookup for the water hose. Told me to down load the book off line. Then the battery was dead. After 30-45 min. I was told get a battery they would comp it. I had to change the battery mysels( so I could drive it on the Trailor. Then the mower ran out of gas before I could put it on the trailer. I was not offered gas. I had to pull my gas can from the truck. This whole time an associate was watching me in a locked gate with my receipt ( like I was a criminal) I am a well respected nurse in this town. I was embarrassed.
